The Prince of Persia is a very popular computer game among kids and adults, because aside from the story behind the game, the graphics and the mechanics of the game are very interactive and exciting. Now under Mike Newell’s direction the Prince of Persia is a movie with the very talented and versatile actor Jake Gyllenhaal in the starring role as Dastan.

With their very famous tagline – “Defy the Future” The Prince of Persia is another sure-fire blockbuster hit. With Gyllenhaal portraying the Prince from the famous video game who teams up with the very stunning princess played by Gemma Arterton.

The Blind Side

Sandra Bullock stars in this very heart warming movie entitled The Blind Side. This earned her the best actress award in last year’s Academy Award, which is the most coveted acting award in the movie industry. Sandra played the role of a mother who adopted this young disadvantaged African American kid, who later on became one of the most popular athletes in his generation.

This is a true to life story that has a lot of very touching scenes. Some parts of the film would definitely melt everybody’s hearts, especially the mothers. This movie also received great reviews and also earned a lot of money in the box office.

With Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker as a tandem in a romantic-comedy, what could possibly go wrong? Hugh Grant, even with all the newcomers, handsome and young, Hugh Grant is Hugh Grant. He is already a legend. His name is already synonymous to romance. And with Sarah Jessica Parker playing as his wife, with her wit and unmatched style, this movie will not just be very hilarious, but will also melt all the girls’ hearts.

This is a story of an estranged couple who witnessed a crime and forced to be relocated to a far-flung area, away from their very plush and comfortable New York life. Though there is really nothing very new, in terms of the plot, the story is actually a bit predictable, but who cares? A Hugh Grant movie plus SJP is always a feel-good film and a perfect date movie.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

For die hard Harry Potter fans all over the world, it is a sad truth that the seventh Harry Potter movie is just around the corner, and it means the end of all the casting of spells, memorizing potions, fighting the villains and all those adventures that Harry Potter and his very loyal friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger go through all those times they were in Hogwarts.

It will be the most anticipated ending ever. After the sixth movie – Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, which was as usual a huge success in the box office, avid fans of the movie can not wait for the seventh and last movie – Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

With his group of friends, Robinhood goes from one adventure to another to fulfill his promise to help whoever those who are in need. With his inspiration in life, Lady Marian who is a very beautiful maiden who captured the heart of the king of thieves, everything is possible.

Robinhood was also once portrayed by Kevin Costner is now played by Russell Crowe who is also very dynamic and a very versatile actor with Cate Blanchett playing Maid Marian.

Tony Stark

Who does not love a guy who is not just filthy rich, super handsome but a guy who is capable of saving the world? All that and more can be found in one guy only and that is Tony Stark or also known as Iron Man. Usually the original is hard to beat but the second Iron Man movie is definitely much better than the first one. It is better in every way, the special effects, the gadgets and costumes, the characters as well with Scarlett Johansson as one of the lead stars nothing could go wrong.

Iron Man 2 is definitely a movie worth watching.
